Dashing onto the track 20 feet in front of passenger train running 35 m.p.h., Hailes, 48, pottery foreman, thrust Foley, 77, who was walking along unconscious of danger, ahead of him off the track just as the train rushed by, the cylinder-head of the locomotive brushing Hailes’ coat-tails. 5629-457
