Harry F. Kennard, 35, laborer, attempted to rescue David B. Blair, 13, from electric shock, Chester, Pennsylvania, February 27, 1909. With a green branch of a tree, Kennard attempted to knock an electric wire, carrying 1,500 volts, from the hand of the boy, who lay unconscious, but he received a shock himself and was knocked down. The wire was then cut, but both were seriously burned. 3622-289
