Clarence E. Embleton died attempting to save Henry G. Rush from drowning, Bay View, New York, June 21, 1932. While Rush, 77, retired manufacturer, was fishing from a small, moving motorboat.in Bemus Point Bay of Chautauqua Lake, he fell from a point near the stern into water 16 feet deep 500 feet from shore. Immediately Embleton, 33, chauffeur, who was clothed and was the only other person in the boat, jumped into the water toward Rush. He did not reach Rush, and both were drowned. 32247-2665
