Grave Marker

To further honor those who have been awarded the Carnegie Medal, the Hero Fund is pleased to offer at no cost a bronze grave insignia to the families of deceased awardees. The size of the insignia is 3.75 inches in diameter and is designed to replicate the look of the Carnegie Medal. It can be displayed on an awardee’s stone or bronze marker or on a flat-faced urn. The insignia will be sent with a packet containing mounting supplies and directions for application. The insignia may also be cast as a part of a bronze memorial tablet, which is usually arranged through the cemetery at the time the memorial is ordered.
